See something? Say something

At Beninobas Jamaica BPO, our commitment to integrity, respect, and safety is at the core of everything we do. We believe that every employee, contractor, and visitor has the right to work in a secure and respectful environment. That is why we have created the See Something, Say Something page, a confidential, anonymous reporting channel for anyone who witnesses or experiences behavior that may violate our values, policies, or legal standards.

This page is designed to make speaking up safe and simple. You do not need to provide your name or any identifying information unless you choose to. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality and reviewed by a designated internal team. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

What can you report?
You may use this form to report concerns such as harassment, discrimination, unsafe working conditions, theft, policy violations, ethical breaches, or any conduct that threatens the well‑being of our team or the reputation of our company. If you are unsure whether something should be reported, we encourage you to err on the side of speaking up – we will investigate appropriately.

What happens after you submit a report?
Once you click “Submit,” your report is securely transmitted to our compliance team. We will review the information, conduct a fair and timely investigation, and take appropriate action. Due to the anonymous nature of the report, we may not be able to contact you for follow‑up questions. However, we treat every submission with the seriousness it deserves.

Important note: This page is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (e.g., 119 in Jamaica) right away.

We thank you for your courage and for helping us maintain a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued. Your voice matters. Use it here.
